Account Lead Consultant

The position

In this role, you will take ownership of complex transformation and strategy execution programs, ensuring clarity, structure, and measurable results across organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while enabling teams to sustainably drive execution themselves.

Tasks & responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading 2–3 strategic programs simultaneously, from target state definition to implementation
• Driving execution-focused transformation initiatives across C-level and operational teams
• Facilitating workshops and enabling stakeholders to own and sustain change
• Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to continuously improve the platform and methodology

Candidate profile

Experience:

• 6+ years (Senior Manager) in consulting, transformation, or program leadership
• Proven track record in leading complex projects independently with measurable outcomes
• Experience working with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders (C-level exposure)
• Strong understanding of strategy execution, change management, and operational excellence
• Familiarity with digital tools, SaaS platforms, or EPM solutions is a plus

Personality/Soft-Skills:

• Highly structured thinker with a strong execution mindset
• Confident communicator who can challenge and influence stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and dynamic environments
• Collaborative, hands-on, and driven by real impact rather than slide decks

Languages:

• German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) required

Location:

• Germany-based, remote-first (with travel when it adds value)
