The organisation

Fluiconnecto is part of the Manuli Ryco Group, a global specialist in fluid conveyance systems with roots in Italy and Australia and a history dating back to 1935. The group operates worldwide through innovation centers, production plants and service facilities, serving sectors such as hydraulics, pneumatics, sealing, filtration, and assembly equipment.

Manuli Ryco is organized across three divisions: Manufacturing, Wholesale and Service. Fluiconnecto represents the Service division within the group. Guided by the principle Think Local, Act Global, Fluiconnecto positions itself as a one stop shop for hydraulic solutions. All hydraulic lines and components are manufactured within the group and distributed as individual parts or assembled solutions.

Fluiconnecto operates on six continents with more than 2,000 employees, supported by a global network of over 200 Hydroshops, 180 on site workshops and 230 Service On Site vans.

The position

Fluiconnecto, seeks an Operations & Supply Chain Manager for the Benelux region, to be based in Krimpen aan den IJssel. This role emerges as the current Operations Manager advances to a General Manager position. Entrusted with the regional value chain, this manager will lead core departments including Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Procurement, and QHSE. 

At the heart of this position lies the responsibility for ensuring that the end-to-end operations, from procurement through delivery, meet the highest standards of efficiency and service quality.An essential aspect of the role involves managing inventory and balancing product availability across the distribution center and their 11 Hydroshops across the Benelux region. Currently in the startup phase of implementing SAP/S4Hana, therefore highly advantageous  if you have experience in implementing an ERP. 

Fluiconnecto seeks to foster a culture of process discipline, lean thinking, and continuous improvement, with an emphasis on aligning cultural shifts towards a higher-performance operating model. The overarching aim is to become a one-stop shop for customers by maintaining dependable service and expanding customer confidence post-structural changes.

Candidate profile

• Experienced operational leader with a strong background in production, logistics, technical service or site operations, capable of managing multiple departments and creating structure in a hands on, service driven environment.
• Proven people manager who is visible on the floor, builds credibility with teams, navigates different personalities and creates clear expectations around ownership, performance, collaboration and accountability.
• Strong executor who can translate broader business priorities into practical operational action, including process improvements, ERP related projects, warehouse changes and cross functional improvement initiatives.
• Able to connect Production, Logistics, Procurement, QHSE, Hydroshops and commercial stakeholders, ensuring that departments work together effectively under operational pressure and competing priorities.
• Pragmatic improvement mindset with enough understanding of supply chain, inventory, cost, quality and delivery performance to challenge the operation, without needing to be a strategic supply chain specialist.

The offer

The salary indication for this position is ± € 100.000 - 110.000.
